According to Page Six, the daughter of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick created an account under the username @blah445087, with a bio reading “Kourtney-Penelope” and “account managed by an adult.”
The account seemed to have disappeared over the weekend after several fans found it. Amanda Hirsch, the owner of the @notskinnybutnotfat Instagram account, also posted pics and videos of the secret page via her Stories.
“Wait is this really Pinop’s tiktok!? How sweet!!!!!” Hirsch wrote alongside a TikTok video of Penelope.
The podcast host later apologised for sharing the videos and said she felt “awful” after being told the account had been disabled.

It is unclear which “Community Guidelines” Penelope violated on the social media platform, but according to TikTok’s policy users must be 13 or older to create an account.
Kourtney Kardashian, 42, never publicly confirmed whether the account belonged to her daughter. However, in screenshots taken by fans, the Poosh founder appeared to be following the account.
Scott and Kourtney, who ended their nine-year relationship in 2015, co-parent their three children: Penelope, Mason, 11, and Reign, six.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently hit back at a troll who criticised her for never spending time with her children since getting engaged to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
“Oh wow you’re with your kids finally????” the user commented on Instagram photos Kardashian had shared as she holidayed in Mexico with her kids.
The Poosh founder, who shares her three children with ex Scott Disick, swiftly replied, “I’m with my kids every day thank God, social media isn’t always real life. 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️”
